2. Products & Artwork

We make every effort to accurately display and describe the artwork and products available through our store. However, colors and details may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, and printing processes.

Original drawings and custom portraits are individually hand-drawn using graphite and charcoal. As handmade artwork, minor variations and differences are natural.

Fine art prints are reproductions of original artwork and are professionally printed through our third-party fulfillment partner, Gelato.

Product descriptions, available sizes, options, and prices may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities when necessary.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products and authorizing us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when necessary, subject to applicable law. Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted, cancellation requests may not be possible, particularly for custom artwork or prints that have entered production.

Purchases through this website are intended for personal use and are not intended for unauthorized commercial resale.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and processing times vary depending on the product ordered.

Custom animal portraits are created, packaged, and shipped directly by Reflections by Hope. Fine art prints are professionally printed and fulfilled through our third-party printing partner, Gelato.

All processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, production issues, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artwork, original drawings, designs, photographs of artwork, product images, graphics, written content, and other materials displayed on this website are the property of Reflections by Hope unless otherwise stated. All applicable copyright and intellectual property rights are reserved.

Purchasing an original drawing, custom portrait, or fine art print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the customer.

Customers may display purchased artwork for personal use but may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, commercially use, or create additional products using the artwork without prior written permission.

All reproduction and commercial rights remain with Reflections by Hope unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Custom portraits are created exclusively for the customer and will not be reproduced or offered for sale as prints or other products.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of artwork or website content is prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify and Gelato, to provide certain features and fulfill orders.

Fine art prints are produced and shipped through Gelato. By purchasing a print, you acknowledge that certain aspects of production, packaging, and shipping are handled by this third-party provider.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external websites or services. Any use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We encourage customers to review the applicable policies of third-party providers when using their services.

8. Relationship with Shopify

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services.

Although Shopify provides the platform used to operate this website, all purchases and sales made through our store are transactions between you and Reflections by Hope.

Shopify is not responsible for the products sold through our store or for any issues arising from purchases made directly from Reflections by Hope.
